First impressions ..1 star, should be 4 star. I give it a low 3. Breakfast and incredible views were the high light. We stayed rein their best room with a small adjoining standard room. Ur suite had incredible views but not well catered for, the adjoining room was very small but adequate. It's a great city, that needs a great hotel. Unfortunately it does not have one, and this one did not live up to ur expectations.
